A: We understand that you might have some reservations about getting "something-for-nothing" but it is true. The fact is that we have already paid for this website through sponsorships, advertising, and other income sources so the cost of your ad isn't going to hurt us one bit. Secondly we are more than just mortgage professionals in that we want to be part of the solution to your problems. Lastly we are hoping that in the future you will send us your referals for mortgage services. It's this way that everybody wins.

Q: Do you place my home on the MLS?

A: No. The only way you can place your home on the MLS is to have it listed through a Real Estate brokerage. They are going to charge you anything form a flat fee all the way up to 10% in commission. We expose your home on America's top websites for nothing, not one thin red cent. That's the advantage we bring to the table.

Q: How long can I advertise my home on MyFizbo.com?

A: Your home will stay on our site for as long as you like. we do ask that if there are any changes to your home's status that you let us know so that we can free up much needed bandwidth however. we will contact you periodically to check up on your status as well.

Q: I have my home listed with a Realtor, can I advertise my home on MyFizbo.com?

A: Unfortunately you are not able to advertise on MyFizbo.com if you are already listed with a Realtor. However we can place the ad if your Realtor places the ad on your behalf. We would charge them a small free to do this but we could not do this any other way due to ethical reasons and legal rights that your Realtor has in relation to your home listing.

Q: I am a Realtor, can I place my listings on your site?

A: We welcome Realtor's listings and your listing will enjoy the same exposure to websites that we have syndicated relationships with. Realtor's listings on MyFizbo.com are only $9.99 a month and as a Realtor you can upload an unlimited amount once you have subscribed.

Q: What kind of property can I advertise?

A: You can advertise any kind of real estate so long as you are the owner of it and you have the right to sell it. MyFizbo.com will periodically check up on properies to validate the owners on record. Any property found to be advertised falsely will have to be deleted from the site.
