When we started this website we decided to host it with a small and little known company called YPNinc.com. We were explained by the owner, who goes by the name of "Sam" that we would get excellent service and little downtimes. We also were mistaken in our presumption that we would be treated with something close to the respect that a paying customer should receive. Nothing could have been farther from the truth.
In the brief time that we were up, meaning the times that "Sam" had not monkeyed around with his servers updating them during the busiest times of the day, we had managed to obtain over 200 subscribers who were advertising their homes "by owner" and getting some response from their advertisements. Many were thrilled for an opportunity to get some free help. We poured our own money to promote the site to potential buyers as well.
"Sam" however decided that whenever we had an issue, which was frequent, that he would treat us like we were unworthy of his time or effort. We could never communicate with him through any means other than email and even then it was through the "hoops" that he made us jump through all the time treating us very poorly. He was abusive to our requests and would refuse to act appropriately to a customer's request.
Finally we decided to make our concerns known to many on eBay through a buyer's feedback. "Sam" was so upset with us that we had voiced our opinion that he summarily and unilaterally suspended our account. Not because we didn't pay because we paid a month in advance as well. Simply because we exposed his shotty operation to other eBay'ers.
The truth hurts "Sam" and so he decided that not only was he going to take his petty emotions out on us but the many FSBO's who were benefitting from our efforts as well.
If you currently have an account with Myfizbo.com we strongly encourage you to email YPNinc.com and ask them why they can't fulfill their end of an agreement!
Please email "Sam" at support@ypninc.com and ask "Sam" why he can't be a professional and keep FSBO's from losing yet another avenue to advertise for free.
